Each race is "live-streamed" on the big screen, with guests tracking their chosen horses, cheering them on, and experiencing the adrenaline rush of a real race day. Whether you’re betting big or just playing for fun, every race brings edge-of-your-seat excitement!

How do Race Nights work for corporate event entertainment & teambuilding

Delegates arrive at the event into a fully-themed room where they're instantly transported 'track-side' for a day at the races!

Back drops, bookie stations/ tote booths, artificial grass, white picket fencing, white railings and if space allows a full race course with finishing posts sets the tone and theme of the night instantly. 

As delegates walk along the turf of their own VIP entrance they'll certainly feel like VIP's at a real race day. 

When guests are seated the host will welcome 'punters' to their own private race course and explain the racing format of the evening, how people place bets and importantly how you win (fun) money! 

Betting can be done individually, but guest will get more out of the event with syndicate betting (betting in team tables) to maximise the social aspect of the evening and celebrate wins together.

Our professional host will guide punters through each race outlining the runners and the odds for each race before they hand over to our racing experts and rival bookies who'll compete to take your bets! Once all bets are placed, the races are 'live-streamed' right into the comfort of your private VIP box as teams eagerly await the final result. 

Winners are paid out by the bookies and winning syndicates have more cash to spend on the next race. The process is repeated for 5/6 races before the overall syndicate is crowned race night champions.

Throughout the evening there'll be a series of mini games/ challenges to complete to raise extra cash for your team and on a night like this, you can bet on anything, even each other!

  • How many people can take part?
    The event is perfect for groups ranging from 15 to 100 delegates, making it suitable for both small teams and larger corporate gatherings. The event is designed to be intimate and a two-way interactive experience with the audience. Over 100 delegates would mean the experience would become diluted, plus a full production of sounds and technicians required to ensure everyone in the room would be heard. To maintain the quality of the experience, we limit this event to 100 participants.
  • How long does the event last?
    The experience typically runs for 1 to 2.5 hours, but the format can be tailored to fit your event schedule. We require 10 minutes before and after each course of your dinner for a scene to take place. The event works around your dinner to create a fully immersive evening.
  • Is the event suitable for all audiences?
    Yes. The event is designed to be inclusive and engaging for all audiences and personality types, regardless of age or background. It’s ideal for corporate events, conferences, networking events, and team-building activities. Due to the nature of the event, we suggest it suitable for over 18's.
  • Will this work for an international audience?
    We get asked this a lot and the answer is yes. Different themes suit different delegates. Talk to our team about your audience before the event to choose the best experience for your audience.
  • Can we customise the event to fit our company, branding or theme?
    Absolutely. We can incorporate branding and company-related characters into our storylines. Our experiences are for you, all about you and are designed to deliver the perfect experience for your brand and audience.
  • Is the event hosted live?
    Very much so! The event is hosted by a professional Tv actors, ensuring an engaging, interactive, and exciting experience for all participants. Our hosts make Introducing Events truly unique with their ability to engage, entertain and delight audiences.
  • Do you include prizes?
    As standard we reward the best (and worst) detectives with certificates based on their performance and sleuthing abilities throughout the evening. If you'd like to provide other prizes or for us to source custom prizes for the winning team, this can be arranged ahead of the event. Please speak to the team to arrange this.
  • What kind of setup is required?
    The event takes place indoors and doesn't require any AV setup. We recommend round tables and chairs for delegates so they can play in teams and maximise the social element of the experience. A stage isn't necessary, but a space at the front for performances is required for maximum impact and fun. The actors will constantly roam around the room interacting with the audience. It's not an event where you just sit and watch. Everyone is a suspect and everyone can be part of the show. It's called INTERACTIVE dinner theatre for a reason.
  • Can the event be hosted at our chosen venue?
    Yes, the event can be delivered at most venues which serve food/ a meal to have the entertainment around. We have delivered this experience at a variety of company offices, hotels and conference venues around the UK.
  • Can this event be run in the evening as after-dinner entertainment?
    Yes. This a perfect option for over-dinner entertainment, bringing energy and engagement to your event. It'll certainly get conversations flowing around the dinner tables.
  • How much does this experience cost?
    Because of the mobile nature of the events and experiences Introducing Events delivers, every event is different. We have costs for the experiences, but location, timings, potential accommodation expenses, etc can all play a part in the final cost of an event.   • How do we book this experience for our coporate event?
