Turn your team into marketing masterminds with Ad-Venture – The Marketing Team Building Challenge. In this fast-paced and creative experience, teams develop new brands, products, or logos, then build a full marketing campaign, including a TV advert, to launch their idea.

With roles in storyboarding, directing, acting, and filming, every participant gets involved in bringing their campaign to life. The challenge ends with an exciting Advertising Awards Ceremony, where teams showcase their work and compete to see whose campaign stands out the most!
How the Marketing Team Building Challenge Works
Create a new product, brand, or logo – Be creative and develop a unique concept. This can be specified in advance to aline with company values or event objectives.
Plan and shoot a TV advert – Teams write scripts, direct, act, film and edit their very own TV commercials.
Props, costumes & theming provided – Bring ideas to life with our extensive selection of costumes and fun props.
All filming & editing equipment included – Professional cameras, lighting, and sound to produce high-quality content. A professional event coordinator will also deliver a tech demo and top tips of filming techniques and special effects.
Advertising Awards Ceremony – Teams present their ads in a fun, competitive finale to a group of esteemed judges.
The overall winner is the judges favourite and each team member receives a prize. Individual high lights and recognition oscars may be presented for best quality acting.
