Step into the director’s chair and bring your team’s creativity to life with Movie Mania – the UK's besy movie-making team-building experience. In this exciting corporate challenge, teams write, direct, and star in their own films, using company values, conference themes, or industry topics as inspiration.

Create, Direct & Star in Your Own Corporate Film

With a mix of drama, comedy, action, and more, each team is assigned a different film genre, bringing their vision to life using professional video, sound, and lighting equipment. Whether indoors or outdoors, this event is an unforgettable way to inspire collaboration, communication, and creativity.

How the Movie Making Team Building Challenge Works

Teams create their own short films, from scriptwriting to final performance.
Each team gets a different film genre, challenging them to get creative.
Full film creation package – We supply cameras, lighting, sound, and technical support and tuition.
Prop Emporium & Costume Hire – Teams each get a budget to spend hiring props, costumes and makeup from our costume emporium to truly transform them from normal conference go-ers to Hollywood stars!
Tech Demo & Expert Guidance – Professional event coordinators deliver a technical masterclass of filming, special effects, top tips and editing wizardry.
Screening & Awards Ceremony – Later in the day it's time for all the glitz and glamour of the red carpet as your delegate are invited to their own exclusive film premier with the stars. We put your films and your business up on the big screen as everyone gets to watch the array of films in this truly unique visual showcase.

It's then time for the judging. Our critical judges take creativity, team work, humour and how well it fits the brief before our host announces the winners.

The winning team, plus some individuals could be taking home their very own Oscar tonight.
