Lord Sugar-Rush is not just looking for one apprentice this year, but a whole team of them. Based on the popular TV show 'The Apprentice' this creative team building activity sees delegates take on many of the most popular and famous tasks from the show.
​
It's customisable depending on your event objectives, conference goals and what facilities are available at your event venue.
How The Team Apprentice Corporate Team Building Event Works
Teams are greeted by Lord Sugar Rush himself along with his trusted advisors and fellow business moguls. Lord sugar explains that he's looking to hire a full team of new associates, but in order to be hired you must go through the toughest (and most random) interview process of your lives.

Teams will face a number of different challenges and complete tasks, all while under the watchful eye and scrutiny of Lord Sugar-Rush and his team. They'll be judged on performance, creativity, team work and humour. Once all the interview rounds have been completed, all teams will be invited to the final boardroom where Lord Sugar Rush will give his feedback about the day and only one team will be 'Hired.' While similar, this experience has no connection or association to the actual TV show.
What Activities and interview tasks are Included?
Depending on your event objectives or conference messages we have a number of different options we could include to make the most impactful experience for your event and deliver the best return on investment.

The CV task - We always get to know our teams, work out their strengths and weaknesses and introduce them to Lord Sugar Rush and each other.
The main tasks could include:
The buying task to get people out onto the streets to get to see the local area/ city centre around your event venue. Great as a summer option.
The branding task - teams may be asked to create products or full brands to represent themselves as a team and put their new brand into action.
The baking task - remember those identical, uniform perfect tasty treats contestants on the show fail miserably to create every time? Now it's your turn to make a food related treated for his Lordship himself.
Ethical - Speak to us about suitable ethical and charity focussed tasks, great for corporate social responsibility.
The advertising task - teams have to come up with a marketing campaign and include a 30 second TV advert including full costume design, acting, directing and editing!
