THE BIG PICTURE EXPERIENCE
Your challenge is to complete a number of 'perfect' artworks against the clock and using only the materials provided. And we're going big, real big!
Ahead of the event we'll design a bespoke and completely unique piece of art that sums up your company perfectly. We can use your colours, messages and event objectives to produce the perfect work of art, just for you.
Your teams may compete initially, but when the finished image comes together, they'll realise the bigger picture, is much more important than the sum of it's parts.

The Big Picture is a massively-impactful corporate team building activity that uses art to unite teams, demonstrating how individual efforts contribute to a greater shared goal.
Delegates work in groups to scale up and paint abstract designs onto large canvases. But the real magic happens at the end, when all the pieces are brought together to reveal a huge, custom-designed artwork featuring your company’s branding, values, and key themes.
It’s a surprising and unforgettable moment that reinforces teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
How The Big Picture Team Building Challenge Works
Delegates enter the room to find tables covered with protective coverings, drawing and measuring equipment on tables. Paint stations are around the room and the host welcomes delegates to the room and challenges to complete all artworks in the time provided.
When the timer begins each table is given a number of tables and it's up to them to mark out the abstract image onto the larger canvas, perfectly scaled up. This first challenge is a lot of problem solving and scaling and requires support, collaboration and sharing of equipment between everyone on the table.
Once all canvasses are marked out, the host officially opens the paint stations and colour brings the images to life. Don't think it's easy and plain-sailing from here as only limited colours are available. It's up the delegates to mix and create their custom colours to get the perfect finished masterpiece.

Once time runs out, delegates leave the room with pictures left on tables to dry. They have a 30 minute (approx) tea break before returning to take their seats.
The twist? On returning to take their seats, all the tables are clean and a large black curtain has appeared on stage. Teams don’t realise that their paintings form part of a much bigger picture!
After a short countdown the curtain drops to reveal to finished image all together and all about them.
The final artwork features company logos, key values, and imagery—a powerful symbol of unity.
